If anyone has an out of warranty product from Morphy Richards and it develops a fault or stops working, don’t just throw it away,? give their customer services department a call and they can replace your product for a brand new one at a heavily discounted price. We had a Morphy Richards Jet Stream Iron which stopped working last year and by that time it had been out of the two year warranty that came with the product. We still had the faulty unit lying around at home as I was going to attempt to fix it myself but I decided to call the manufacturer to see how much they would charge to fix it. To my (pleasant) surprise they offered a brand new replacement at a heavily discounted price. We opted for a better model than the one we had which was the Morphy Richards Jet Stream Elite 42298 Steam Generator Ceramic
which retails at around ?149.99 and we were offered a new one for ?54.99 including delivery! A bargain. It was only ?10 more than the replacement model for our current one.

Well done Morphy Richards for great customer service and valuing customers.

I am sure lots of other manufacturers offer such services it’s just that people don’t know about it. Always worth calling the Customer Service department.
